In this issue, we take a look at Computer Technology and its Effects on Society. This theme is so large (and so important) that it would be impossible to examine it thoroughly in just one issue. That is why I created a new department called "D√©j√† Vu".  D√©j√† Vu will be a column for articles dealing with themes from past issues.
